In this chapter you shall learn the business process/workflow for a single case, expedited and aggregrate reporting, business intelligence, serious adverse event reconciliation and end of study unblinding.

Chapter 2 : Configuration Process - System and Business

In this chapter we shall discuss the process of perform configuration in Oracle Argus Safety. We shall discuss in detail the system configuration activities performed for Oracle Argus Safety such as setting up workflows, code Lists, case priorities, system numbering, system management, field validation, field labels. We shall also discuss business configuration activities such as setting up products, studied and reporting rules in Argus Console.

Chapter 3 : Advanced Configuration

In this chapter we shall discuss about access management, configuring the Argus Safety service, Argus Affiliate, ESM configuration, Argus Insight configuration, configuring the end of study unblinding (EOSU) module and the configuration of the reconciliation module.

Chapter 4 : Argus Safety and Argus Insight Overview

This chapter will discuss the overview of Oracle Argus Safety, Oracle Argus Insight, Oracle Argus Interchange and Oracle Argus Japan modules.

This chapter describes the Oracle Argus Modules and Architecture, Argus Safety database structure and Argus Insight database structure.

This chapter will discuss about the interfaces of the Oracle Argus application. This will include the interface with Clinical Data Management systems, interface with reconciliation process, interface with dictionaries, interface with E2B and interface with email, security and document management processes.

This chapter will cover the approaches to migrating data from Oracle Argus. This includes requirement gathering and collection, common data migration challenges and a data mapping excercise.
