Cannot find credentials to access software

If you have enrolled for a program with us, that is inclusive of software access, you should have received a welcome email immediately after enrolment. This email contains the URL and credentials to access the software. The credentials are different from those used by you to access the Learning portal.

In some cases, you may not have received this email in your Primary mailbox, and it could have been routed to your Promotions/Spam folder. You may check for this email there, and refer to it for your software access credentials.

If you cannot still find the email, please raise a ticket with us and we would be glad to provide you the same.
