Login details to the course and software

Upon completing your enrolment in the course, you will receive three separate emails immediately. These will be as follows:

1. Your Invoice for the Fee payment you have made
2. Your Learning Portal credentials – this contains your username and password to access the Learning portal
3. Welcome Email – this contains your User ID to access My Account as well as login credentials to access the software

In some cases the emails may reach the Promotions or Spam folder of your mailbox.

We would recommend checking your Spam / Promotions folder if you have not received these emails with 5 minutes of your enrolment.
